Introducing New Version of Cash Management.iQ: Cash Processing Module to Optimize Cash Operations

2024-06-13

Cash Management.iQ software continues to evolve alongside advancements in banking equipment and the emerging challenges in cash circulation processes. Feedback and suggestions from our clients play a key role in the platform’s enhancement strategy.

A prime example of this evolution is version 2.2.5, which includes the “Cash Processing” module, which was developed in response to a request from one of our key clients for systematizing data from cash counting devices. It allows for the management of counting machine fleets and optimizes the processing of cash notes of various statuses and conditions.

The new functionality allows for the collection and systematization of data on the quantity and quality of processed notes, up to their serial numbers, facilitating the generation of reports across various parameters—from cities and branches to cashiers and banknotes.

With the cash processing module in version 2.2.5, users can not only gather statistics on the volume and sources of cash but also analyze the condition of banknotes with high precision. This is a key tool for managing the bank’s cash resources.

The next generation of the Cash Management.iQ 2.2.5 platform was showcased on June 12-13 in Tashkent at the Digital Uzbekistan-2024 forum, sponsored by BS/2. At booth No. 11–12, the company presented the latest generation of software solutions, along with modern banking equipment from leading global manufacturers, including devices from Diebold Nixdorf, SUNMI, Sargent & Greenleaf, Magner, Bankosa, Henkovac, and others.
