Cash Processing.iQ Demonstrated on Magner Equipment at EuroCIS 2025

2025-03-05

EuroCIS 2025, the largest retail technology exhibition in Europe, took place in Dusseldorf, Germany, from February 18–20, 2025. The event annually brings together experts in retail, fintech, and digital technologies, providing leading companies with a platform to showcase innovative solutions. BS/2, a member of the Penki Kontinentai Group, demonstrated Cash Processing.iQ module at the Magner stand. The solution is part of the Cash Management.iQ software platform and is designed to automate cash handling processes.

Integration of Cash Processing.iQ with Magner 2000F

At EuroCIS 2025, BS/2 presented the integration of Cash Processing.iQ with a modern counting and sorting device, the Magner 2000F. The demonstration allowed visitors to see the module in real-time and evaluate its functionality.

Automation of cash processing.

Cash Processing.iQ accumulates and processes data on recounts and sorting of incoming banknotes by denomination and quality and records those identified as suspicious banknotes. This significantly speeds up the recounting process and reduces the likelihood of errors associated with manual data entry.

Reporting and analytics.

Cash Processing.iQ allows to form detailed reporting on processed banknotes by vaults and connected devices, cashiers, recalculated deposits, and banknotes. This allows banks and financial organizations to analyze the state of cash flow, predict the replacement of dilapidated banknotes, and increase the transparency of cash turnover.

Monitoring the technical condition of the equipment.

The functional unit of the device makes it possible to compare the efficiency of counting equipment and receive detailed information about their condition, including the remaining resources and time until the next service. This makes it possible to service the equipment promptly, reducing the risks of downtime and optimizing operating costs.

Kirill Degtyarenko, Product Owner at BS/2:

At EuroCIS 2025, we saw significant interest in the integration of Cash Processing.iQ with Magner equipment, which confirms the high demand for comprehensive solutions to automate cash processing. The real-time demonstration of the module’s operation allowed the exhibitors to make sure of its efficiency and versatility. We held many useful meetings where not only the current capabilities of Cash Processing.iQ were discussed. We also considered the prospects of module development to make the product even more convenient and functional for our customers.

Compatibility with Equipment from Various Manufacturers

One of the key advantages of Cash Processing.iQ is the flexibility of integration with equipment from different manufacturers. This allows companies to use the system with their existing fleet of devices, minimizing implementation costs and increasing operational efficiency.

The module is compatible with counting and sorting devices from leading manufacturers, including:

  • Giesecke+Devrient (G+D): BPS – C1, C2, C5
  • Kisan: Newton, K5, K6
  • Glory: USF 50/51, UV/F4
  • Magner: 2000, 250, 350
  • CPS: XRange

Cash Processing.iQ is designed for banks, money changers, collection companies, mints, and central banks. It is also a useful tool for financial organizations that handle large volumes of cash.

BS/2 continues to develop Cash Processing.iQ, expanding its functionality and compatibility with new equipment models. The company is committed to providing its customers with flexible, efficient, and innovative cash management solutions.
